The HBS 275 PRO is a compact, high-performance horizontal band saw, ideal for universal use in machine shops, metal fabrication shops, and maintenance departments. The carbide-tipped blade guide , combined with the integrated coolant device , ensures clean, precise, and long-lasting cuts, even on difficult materials such as stainless steel and tool steel.
The robust, torsion-free spheroidal cast iron frame ensures structural stability and a long service life. The PRO version offers two selectable cutting speeds , while the Vario variant (HBS 275 PRO Vario) also offers stepless adjustment. The frame pressure is regulated by an adjustable hydraulic cylinder , to adapt to any type of material.
